Rare Black Tomato Seeds

I purchased these black tomatoe seeds last year and this year growing them not one of the plants produced black tomatoes, they were all red, tried contacting your company but got no response, amazon even tried but they couldn't either

Paid for several seeds, they were deemed to be a bio security risk and were stopped by Australian border police and destroyed.

They were easy to grow for me with heat mats and added a beautiful color change to traditional tomato dishes. The kids love them. Delicious

I had a terrible tomato season this past year. Even my tried and true favorites failed me. But the Black Beauties came through in the end. Even though I started them early I didn't get ripe fruit til September. They were abundant and tasty. Would have gotten more if they had ripened earlier. As others have said they start to turn red as they ripen. This year I'll plant them in the greenhouse to see if I get an earlier crop.

These tomatoes were the rockstar of my garden last summer! They really ripened to almost black--think a suuuuper dark eggplant. Gorgeous! Easily my favorite tasting tomato that I grew all year. It's like the molasses of tomatoes--dark and sweet, a little smoky, complex flavor. I can't rave enough about these! In the last picture, that was my final pull from vines before pulling plants for the year. I show tops and bottoms of these beauties. They did crack a bit, but we had a couple consecutive days of total downpours, so, I wasn't surprised.
