- Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Delays may occur during these times, but we work to minimize them.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
Shipping Location
- We deliver to the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), DE, GB, FR, IT, CA, AU, ES, NL, SE, BE, AT, NO, FI, IE, DK, CH, IL, SG, GR, SA.
- We do not deliver to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Guam, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Tracking
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us, and we will assist within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
- If your order is delayed, please contact us at rosesuofficial@gmail.com. We will check with the shipping company.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order if the parcel has not been shipped. Please contact us right after purchase, and we will issue a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
